Focusing on ICT-services and consumer electronics – in close partnership with market leaders, both among manufacturers, outsourcing companies and retailers – we offer efficient and modern services suitable for geographical spread enterprises, public sector and the consumer market.
These strong partnerships and our determination to stay supplier- and brand independent constitute the base for a wide range of services, e.g. on-site repair and support, workshop repairs, logistics and delivery services as well as helpdesk and call center services, including a single point of contact.
InfoCare is authorised as service partner by all well-known, international manufacturers of ICT and we work with many successful outsourcing companies such as CSC, EDB, EDS, Fujitsu Services, HP, IBM, Steria and TietoEnator.
Thanks to our 75 service points, 15 modern and efficient workshops, a successful concept of couriers and in addition a large number of chosen sub contractors in the Nordic and Baltic region, we offer one of the markets most flexible and competitive delivery processes.
