This model enables our partners to offer and deliver a coordinated and quality assured service concept simplifying daily operations for both end-customer and the partner. Every partner is assured of an on- going and unbroken relationship with its customer. Our responsibility is to deliver the selected services at a service level which we have agreed upon.
We got end costumer relations in case where:
- Partners have no added value services to offer
- Customers business are not targeted by our partner
