Unique presence in the Nordic and Baltic region

Being a truly Nordic organisation when it comes to sales organisation, services and delivery processes is a strong competitive advantage to us and a great asset to many of our partners and customers. Our service supplies are executed efficiently and systematically. Local differences are no problem, as we work with corresponding processes and supply the same services in all countries. A single point of contact also means that any changes the customer wants made are dealt with efficiently, with full control during the entire process.

Since the Nordic markets despite everything are quite different in some aspects we put equally focus on our local markets and development which are related to how enterprise sizes are divided, laws and regulations and culture. We have established processes to identify best practise in a single country and roll them out in the entire Nordic region. This comprises delivery processes as well as single service offerings.

From our 75 service locations - strategically positioned in the Nordic and Baltic region - we offer installations, roll out projects, on-site services and support. At our 15 workshops we handle repairs and delivery services for IT-related products as well as consumer electronics, white and brown good. This includes MP3 players and digital cameras as well as notebooks, flat screens and cash registers.
