InfoCare in brief
Our wide offering of IT- and consumer electronics related services is constantly adapted to new techniques and the constant transformation of market conditions. In close partnership with market leaders, both among manufacturers, IT service companies and large resellers/warehouses we offer efficient services suitable for geographical spread enterprises, public sector and the consumer market.
These many strong partnerships and our determination to stay supplier- and brand independent constitute the base for our main offering product Lifecycle services, since we can provide standard services regardless of equipment and environment. We co-operate in partnership with successful companies such as CSC, Dell, EDB, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Logica, Tieto and Xerox and with retail chain market leaders like Elkjøp, Expert, OnOff, Media Markt and SIBA.
Customer satisfaction, responsibility to society and environment are topics of great importance today. These areas have always been on our agenda and to a great extent contributed to the company’s successful development and growth.
Thanks to our 75 service points,11 modern and efficient workshops, a successful concept of couriers and in addition a large number of chosen sub contractors in the Nordic and Baltic region, we offer one of the markets most flexible and competitive delivery processes. We cover the need whether the customer requires on-site repair and support, workshop repairs, logistics and delivery services, helpdesk or call center services.
Ownership and legal structure
The corporation’s largest shareholders are private equity companies CapMan (51.9 %) and Segulah (30.7 %), along with individuals in the corporation’s Board of Directors and management (17.4 %). The legal structure of the Group consists of the parent company InfoCare AS, domiciled in Kristiansand, Norway and the fully owned subsidiaries in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
