InfoCare offers a complete platform of infrastructure services focused on Lifecycle offerings and related to products as well as to end user needs.
Thanks to our business areas; Professional Services – with focus on enterprise and the public sector - and Consumer Services with expertise built up to meet the demands in the consumer market, we can assure each customer a service offering designed to fit their special needs and desires.
Our service concept is modular, flexible and easily adapted to meet special demands covering the complete Lifecycle. Traditional on-site and workshop services are used as building blocks. The principal is "freedom of choice" and our customers can compose a perfectly suitable service concept of their own. The result is a united and coordinated service delivery that easily can be adapted to fit actual needs as well as future demands.
A changeable market requires constant services development
Today's global focus on environmental issues and a weak economic climate during the end of 2008 forced the market to focus on services which offer severe profitability and cost saving combined with a clear environmental focus – and equal or improved functionality.
"Green IT" moved from an overall and quite wide area of different components towards more specific activities and services with noticeable effect on economy and functionality.
