Partner strategy
InfoCare partner strategy key pillars:
- Majority of revenue through leading IT manufactures, IT companies and large Retail Chains
- Maintain supplier and brand independency
- Complement our partners business and not compete
We will continue to maintain and develop our partner strategy accordingly to existing key pillars. Our goal is to be regarded as a preferred partner for all ICT-vendors in our home market. When agreed we want to “follow” our partners accordingly to their position in the value chain.
This model enables our partners to offer and deliver a coordinated and quality assured service concept which simplify the daily operation for both end-customer and the partner. As our partner you are assured an on-going and unbroken relationship with your customer. Our prime task and responsibility is to deliver the selected services at the level which we have agreed upon.
We maintain end customer relations in cases where:
- Partners have no added value services to offer
- Customer business are not targeted by our partners
End customers could be large enterprises that request solely the specific services that InfoCare offers or local small to medium sized companies which are not targeted by our partners.
