When CapMan a year ago became the new majority share holder of InfoCare ASA an agreement with the founder, Helge B. Risnes, was made which stated that he would resign as CEO and become chairman of the board and act as a counsellor within the InfoCare group. The intention was to annually renew this agreement until CapMan in a period of 3 to 5 years would chose to sell their stock share.
The parties have not succeeded to agree in prolonging of this settlement. Helge B Risnes has therefore with effect from the 10th of October chosen to sell his stock of shares in InfoCare Holding AS to CapMan and resigns at the same date from the board of directors and from his role as a counsellor within InfoCare Holding AS and InfoCare AS.
