Strong growth for InfoCare
InfoCare, the Nordic region’s leading supplier of IT service and support, increased its turnover by 24 percent to NOK 1,346 million in 2007. Last year’s merger with Powermill, the acquisition of the bankruptcy estate of Strax and further organic growth will provide the foundations for a turnover of NOK 1.9 billion in 2008.

Last summer, InfoCare merged with the Nordic service company Powermill and at the same time acquired the bankruptcy estate of the service company Strax.

- We carried out comprehensive restructuring processes following the acquisitions last year, and we were prepared for this to result in considerable one-off costs and a temporary loss of production. We are however certain that the acquisitions provide us with a solid strategic and industrial foundation, which will form the basis for future strong growth and profitability.
- With a strong underlying rate of growth and larger and more efficient production units, which enable us to take advantage of considerable rationalisation and co-ordination benefits, we are aiming for an annual turnover of NOK 1.9 billion in 2008,” says InfoCare CEO Terje Gunnulfsen
