When introducing a new service concept for TV in the Nordic countries – Home Service - Philips awarded InfoCare to be its partner. The new services comprises TV, 32 inch or larger and will increase customer satisfaction by offering simplicity.
- Customers don’t need to arrange for transportation and bring their large TVs to the retailer for repair and they get much faster service, says Olle Lindbom, Nordic Service Manager. InfoCare has been our main repair service partner for many years and they have a well developed on-site-service organisation. From January 1st InfoCare provides Philips on-site services in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
- This is a milestone of modern services development for consumer products, says Kent Bladh Dep. CEO and responsible for Business Development within InfoCare. InfoCare has provided TV on-site-services during many years, mainly connected to Elköps’ customers.
- When a major manufacturer as Philips, introduce Home Service as its main service concept for TV, I believe other manufacturers will follow and introduce similar concepts.
