InfoCare is selling knowledge which helps our partners in offering their customers a problem free everyday IT-usage. We are totally independent and cooperate with many leading suppliers, system integrators and retailers, large as well as small in need of a strong partner. We are authorized to give service to the leading manufacturers on the Nordic market.

 

We have in-depth experience of working with end customers, both through our partners and directly, and in virtually every branch within the private as well as the public sector. This experience has broadened our competence as well as our knowledge of relevant terms. We understand the complexity of – and have many references regarding – for example nationwide time critical installation projects with thousands of work sites. But we also have the same understanding of the importance  of getting an individual product operational when a small customer is facing problems.

We have long term relations with many of our own end customers, for instance in the cases where a partner doesn’t consider themselves being able to add services with increased value for the end customer or where the customers is not a part of the partners’ target group on the market.

 

With 77 service points in the Nordic and Baltic region – a service supplier able to deal with large as well as small problems is always close. Many companies use us as their own IT-department by choosing services they can use when needed and combine them with proactive service visits where we prevent many problems from even coming up.
